with Team Bravo to review the slideshow I've made for our Taipei Trip..

Next Thurs - Sun will be away to KL for a short last min visit to my sick aunt..

Back to the office today..

As per normal, took a train today..

and SO wish that Singaporeans learn from the Taiwanese...

Taiwanese have a very very good culture of Q-ing by the side to allow passengers to alight first before they board the train in a single file...

We gotta learn from them...

Escalator wise, Taiwanese will all keep to the right and will only use the left lane is they are in a rush... But for Singaporeans, its left,right all the way... Damn.

Summary of my 1st Taiwan Trip...
(1) The street food is fantastic, almost everything is delicious even tho all are pretty on the heaty side... I love the Honey Bittergourd juice to cool the heat.
(2) Almost everybody(from food vendors to the bus drivers) are super super friendly.. Singapore really needs to learn from them!!
(3) Love the hot spring... and it only cost less than S$7 per pax per hour in a private room!
(4) Taiwanese ascent is pretty cute... Join their way of speaking... just need to drag the last word of your sentence with a Ohhhhhhh.... haha...

Taiwan Day 5

Spend almost the whole dat @ 'Wu Lai' today..
Again, the rain pretty spoilt most of the dat..
Scenery of the mountains was okok...

We then went to Shi Da nite market...
and then to Shi Lin market again to have my fried mushroom!!

Ok... almost 1 am now..
Too tired to load my photos..

Taiwan Day 4

Visited Wu Fen Bu at ard noon time for a walk/shop @ the clothing market.

Did not really get any thing as things isn't really to my liking..
But i think it will be a shopping paradise for most ladies lah..
Had some very good 'Ba Zhang' near 'Da An' MRT before we went over..
Its damn damn delicious!!
We then make our way to Taipei 101 building..
Personally not very impress with the hype abt the building lah.
Took some pics before we went to shop at the super mart..
And its pretty amazing that we're actually buying cup noodles back to Singapore... haha..
Heard its very gd lah.. so bought a few back to try...
And of coz, pineapple tarts n sun biscuits...

Chill at the hotel a bit often going for a BBQ buffet!!
For S$23, its very cheap for a BBQ spread with lotsa different kinda meat!!
Delicious!

Taiwan Day 3

Took a train to 'Jiu Fen' today..

The place was great...
nice little laid back place but the rain was the spoiler!
Could not really see the scenery that is supposedly very grand!
Resting at hotel now..
Going for dinner n drinks @ ezy5 later!

Taiwan Day 2

Conquered Xi Meng Ting and Dan Shui today!

Xi Meng Ting is very crowded with largely youngsters and quite a num of weird old men...
Ha Ha.. Dav told me abt the weird old men but i dun believe initially..
ha.. But really lah, u trace their eye movement n u know they are WEIRD!

Again, we eat n eat n eat @ Xi Meng Ting before we proceed to Dan Shui!
Its a lovely lovely lovely place...
The ambience of the Fisherman's wharf is just stunning...
Nice breeze with nice 'live' singing from some random singer...
Damn its romantic!
And again, we eat n eat n eat here! :)

Taiwan Day 1

Was treated to some pretty majestic looking cloud formation while we were on the flight to Taipei.
Reached Taipei and the weather was COLD...
Damn Damn COLD....
Took a 45 mins bus ride to our hotel(Dandy hotel)..
Nice boutique hotel..
Checked in and rest a while b4 we were to Shi Lin nite market..
Had tons of food there and i gotta say..
Almost all the food are damn delicious!!!
The XXL chicken put the singapore vendors to SHAME...
Its HUGE and cost cheaper than the one selling in Singapore!
And we left Shi Lin @ 130AM in the morning! :)

Come to my office cubicle n u see minature Vespa,

magnets and even smurfs on Vespa!

Today dry bro tempted me with some pretty good Vespa deal..

red colour somemore!

I'm so so so so tempted...

but dun think wifey will give me the approval.

I'm officially no longer a supporter of MS Colour.
Gave up on them...
No credibility and very questionable customer service..

P.S : Took me too long to realise this!
