Having a CNY gathering with the family over at my place & Naomi super excited to be back where she can play with all her toys!

NTU Bike Rally 2015 - Checked

And just like that, we are done with NTU Bike Rally 2015. This year is different in the sense that instead of the 138km and 168km cat, there's 88km and 168km instead. And since its my 1st time using a Brompton to take part, I figure that its safer to take the 88km. :) This year, there's different flag off timing for different cat so you dun really experience the bottleneck during the flag off.. Riding on the roads was pretty safe cos we were trying to shadow one of the safety rider. 88km is actually very manageable for most of us as we are already clocking 50+ km every Saturday. Perhaps we might wanna challenge our foldies to go for the 168km cat next yr!
For now, post bike rally blues... 

Own place for 2 weeks!

HDB upgrading at In Law's place for these 2 weeks so back to our own place to avoid the inconvenience of portable toilets. Love staying at our own place simply because its our own place but having said that, it would be perfect if our place is of walking distance to the train stations. Every morning its kinda like a mad rush to make sure that everyone's awake and to get the car from pt a to pt b.. Speculating that I'm going spend more than $100 for night parking for these 2 weeks plus!
