its been a tough tough week... and today is only Tues...
preparing for my 2nd paper and yesterday revised in sch till 1145pm.... Tmr's a public holiday and supposedly family day and again, i'm gonna be stuck in sch for the whole day... gonna be the same daily affair till my last paper for this sem which falls on the 6th May... Argh....
I do wish i can have a few hrs of nice/simple/peaceful chill out... ....

OCBC Cycle 2013 was a blast.. real fun cycling on the ECP with the entire 4 lanes closed for the cyclists... Going down Sheares bridge was a real nerve racking experience as i'm not used to the downhill speed.. really gotta focus and apply my brakes gradually to calm the nerves a bit... i hear there were some nasty downhill crash... Thank God that I was safe from any crashes... however some confusion at fort rd causes lotsa cyclists(me included) to take the wrong route to the finishing line.. Which explains why i have no ranking in the OCBC cycle results list... haiz... PAY BETTER ATTENTION NEXT YR!!

OCBC Cycle - Checked!

Started my exam leave on Wed and have been staying in sch for revision from noon till 11+pm for the past few days... Having my 1st paper(QE) tmr... not expecting it to be tough... the killer paper is gonna be my last paper for this sem which falls on the 6th May.. after that its gonna be a madness rush of FYP plus modules for special term and my final last sem... hope that this sem will go thru smoothly first...

Looking forward for my OCBC cycle this sun plus family time before I cheong....
Gonna burn my May Day Public Holiday plus next weekend!

Seriously something is wrong with this world.. Why shld innocent civilians and marathon runners be targeted?? Its real sad and ironic that runners going for charity run ends up without their legs for the rest of their lives after the race... This is a sad day for humanity..

Naomi's fav toy whenever i'm at home.. she will automatically hold my hands and lead me to the place where I kept the lego toys, wanting me to bring it out and play with her... I figure this is the way to make sure that she don't grow bored easily over her toys...

Workload is ever ever increasing especially in this year where we have to be competent in much more areas..

To be positive, we get to learn more stuff and i do hope that with the increasing workload, we are rightfully rewarded in time to come. I do hope to especially see my buddies getting rewarded with the hard work they have put in.

decided to put my purchase of a film camera on hold first... figure that i'm not really gonna have much spare time to fiddle with that.... and instead, i'm gonna use more of my LX3 when i find bringing my MarkII a chore... :)

(1) Semester exam starts on 27th Apr... and I got 1 killer paper... time to start my engine running!!!

and so we were over at Mushroom cafe for Clariss 1st Birthday party yesterday evening.. Quite a mountain turtle as I din know that Mushroom cafe is under Old Chang Kee umbrella till I ask Charles how come the buffet includes huge ass curry puff ..

Venue wise.. personally it would be better if the indoor arena could accommodate everyone so that no need to shutter between indoor/outdoor.. Anyway Naomi had a field day RUNNING ard... with poor daddy having to chase after her throughout the evening!!!

Naomi usual weekdays activites~

From my understanding, Naomi loves to PULL the solid wood chair all by herself to the basin area and then 'request' to be helped up onto the chair so that she can have a bird's eye view of what Grandma is cooking. And of coz along the way, she will help herself to some of the raw but edible food.

suddenly have the urge to sell my DSLR and all my lens to get a small & powerful PnS instead...

argh..... but wifey have been telling me what if the PnS doesn't satisfy me in terms of technical quality...

dilemma dilemma dilemma~~

Given a choice, i would prefer to bring a small PnS for family outing instead of my huge ass heavy cam but problem is i do get good satisfaction on how the photos turn out using my DSLR compared to my LX3..

argh... yes, contracting i am...

and I'm not one that will invest in a solid PnS now cos i hate to white elephant any of my cam...

and so suddenly one of my colleague 'turn'....

we were surprised that within a week or so, he suddenly kinda 'turned' a bit more on the ball and starts to appear more often at the workplace.. and surprising, i heard he is now a 'yes man'...

well... i just hope management is fair and give my buddy his well deserved promotion than the 'yes man'...
