Window shopped with Wifey for furniture for our new home..
God bless that my schedule for this special term is not as tight and so have some
extra time to do all these things.

And so we shortlisted a 2 x 3 seater sofa, 1 TV console, 2 dining tables, 1 bench and 1 shelf..
Only problem is.. the price is kinda on the high side.... haiz.

and so this 2 weeks, my lecturer display a high level of martial art skill - Taiji

Last week, I approached my lecturer requesting for webcast to be activated as some of us had difficulties catching up and sometimes could not make it for lectures. I was told by her that BTech office did not ask for it so no webcast.
Next logic thing is to request from Btech which i did and i was given a reply that the lecturer did not ask for it thus no webcast...
This got me a little mad..
Our lecture halls are already equipped with the webcast capabilities and we just need some kind soul to turn it on and now i'm like being ding dong here and there..

ok, and so replied both my lecturer and Btech and asked them who can make the call cos they are shifting the responsibility ard..

Only then my lecturer replied and said

"I am not very comfortable with having my lectures recorded and replayed as I will have to be extra careful with what I say, in case I get implicated subsequently for any comments/remarks/examples, etc which I may use unintentionally."

well.. that speaks quite a lot on the lecturer..

Perfect slow pace activities for a Public Holiday

so i've been keeping this low profile for the past 3 months plus..

here goes...
I'm gonna be a papa soon!
Yes, Wifey and I are either gonna have a SK junior or Miaoz junior!
God have always been good to us.
Thank you GOD!

Ok... Back track to 3 months + ago when Wifey missed her period..
I was telling her maybe late a few days bah, not the first time anyway..
5 days past and we thought on a Sunday, IF we happened to walk past any pharmacy then we'll just get a pregnancy kit to test it out..
My eyes was sharp like an eagle and so we got a kit to perform the self test.
Back home.. Wifey tested it and ... It was tested as positive!!!
Words simply couldn't describe my feelings when Wifey show me the results!!!
I'm gonna be a dad!!!
The next day, we went to see our regular chi doc, was given some med and told to use the self test kit to test again in a weeks time to confirm the pregnancy....
This particular week seems to be the longest week of my life..
and so Sunday came and again its positive!
Woooooooooooooooooo!!!

Next step was to decide KK or private..
Google and decided on Dr Adrian Woodworth..
so it will be Thompson Medical Centre..

Scheduled for our 1st appt with Dr Adrian, met him and Wifey did her 1st ultrasound..
This is the 1st time we see baby..
At that time baby is 1.45cm. Again, Its such a magical moment to see baby..
Words can't describe my feelings.
I keep telling Wifey, God's creation is so magical..

We decided to keep the pregnancy low profile as pregnancy tends to be unstable
in the first trimester.

Did the 2nd ultra sound in April and baby is 4.5cm!
Woo!!!! Again... everytime i see the ultrasound result..
the feeling is just so... unbelievable..

Wifey was then scheduled to go for the down syndrome test at Thompson.
This is a compulsory test and even though i have great faith in God, i gotta say i was still worried abt the test...
God bless us and our Baby is healthy. :)
The machine which they used in Thompson is more high tech and we were able to see baby kicking his/her little legs and 'jumping' in the waterbag..
Super Super interesting..
How I wish the specialist allow us more time to see these actions. :)

Then wifey suddenly encountered brown spotting.
Did some readup online and was very worried.
Called Dr Adrian immediately and was told to see him immediately..
Did an ultrasound and god bless, baby is fine..
Dr Adrian gave Wifey some hormones pills to stop the spotting..
Unfortunately, Wifey had rashes after taking the pills and the spotting did not stop..
Was advised to cut down on the pills which Wifey did and again, the spotting did not stop..
Went to see Dr Adrian again and was told to stop the medication and to monitor the situation..
God Bless. Wifey's spotting have since stop.
And baby is now 7.5cm!!!
Wooooooooooo..
Going to see Dr Adrian next month...
Simply can't wait to see baby again!

Nowadays the weather is simply unforgiving hot..
even now when I just bathe and is typing this entry, i'm feeling droplets of sweat...

hot hot hot.....

These few days have been a rollercoaster ride for me...
Been such a ride that the doc said that my heart beat is going too fast a rate...

For now, I just hope that everything will turn out eventually fine..
Praying hard for it...

Anyway I just rec a letter from HDB to collect my hse keys on the 18th May.
Have postphoned it to June as i need to settle some CPF stuff first..
With housing, renovation, sch and other IMPORTANT stuff going on,
not sure whether I can handle things well..
But what i know is, I only have 1 top priority now.
and that will remain my no.1 priority.

Really thank God that everything is still fine.

Thank God that he is always looking over us..

Thank God that this serves as a reminder for us not to take things for granted.

God,

Pls don't allow this day to crush my hopes.

Everything will be fine.

Everything is in your hands.

My faith is in you.

2 long weekends and i spend abt 30 hours on each long weekend in sch...
Eat Mac till we almost feel like vomiting.
Tmr is the last paper and i hope all our efforts are worth it.
