Started my 1st physio session yest morning and indeed my back feel much better.

Learnt 5 stretching methods and hopefully i can practise everyday.

Gotta cure my back so that i can carry baby in future. :)

Now everyday i will ask Wifey

" Did baby kick you"?

Reason being once wifey told me to feel her tummy and I could feel a strong kick from baby!Super interesting but that was the only 'kick' i encountered lah.

And our hse have officially started renovation!

Electrical guys are doing their work now...

Real happy that wifey and I are gonna have a place of our own.

Finally made our first purchase for our new place!

We are starting to feel our pockets burning but still we think it is a good buy!

Made countless trips ard Singapore looking for unique furnishing.

Kudos to wifey for being super resourceful!

Set our eyes on a super duper comfy looking sofa..

But the price is also super duper discouraging us from getting it.

I told wifey, for this, we should just do a impulse buy on the spot.. But wifey stopped me lah..

and so just 15mins ago i sold my very reliable workhorse..
hope the new owner will use him with care..

The quotation for the electrical works are pretty crazy..

Trying to check whether these are standard market rates..

Dun wanna Kenna chop carrot head when my budget is already so tight.

Yesterday went for the detail scan at Thompson Medical..

It's again so magical seeing baby movement in Wifey's womb and the doc pointing out the nose, hands,legs..etc..

The ultrasound machine was amazing, we can actually see baby's internal organ and it's real nice to see that everything is fine.

oh, and baby is 15cm now measuring from buttocks to head.

And it's a baby girl!

Thank you GOD.

Anyway disclaimer on my recent unhappy posts.

I can only vent it online as a straight confrontation will just make things worse.

And now I think everyone is just praying for it.

this was what pastor said in today sermon which I totally agreed.

On another separate issue, I totally dislike the attitude being shown..

No logical sense at all..

Do we really need to have something major to happen first?

Does human really need to learnt things the hard way?

Where r all the teachings that were taught since young?

I hope I dun have to face this problem in future.

and so we will be visiting Thompson Medical tmr for a detail scan.
Very looking forward to the scan as the machine allows us to look at baby movement
in Wifey's womb.
Its going to be.. magical. :)

and so physio starts on the 29th Jun.

Things which i dun like to see some people post on facebook.

(1) Holy Holy stuff when one should first look at his/her actions first.

(2) 'inspiring' quotes when you are totally not living the quote. Again, reflect first on yourself before putting those quotes online.. I always have the urge to reply but that could ignite a war.

and so i was diagnosed as having slip disc.
No lifting of heavy stuff.
and now i have encounter pain while bending forward or whenever i cough or sneeze. bad.
Next thurs gonna meet any Doc..
See whether physio needs to get started or whether MRI is required.

On a separate note, accompany wifey for a walk at Botanic garden this morning..
While we were walking to Tanglin, it suddenly rain cats n dogs.
Anyway we made our way to Tanglin Mall and had pretty late breakfast at a cafe at basement 1.
For scones lover, this cafe serves the best scone I've EVER eaten.
Yes, its that good!

We then went furniture hunting..
everything also need $$$..

Went up to my new place during lunch today.

Saw ashes at the corridor in front of my hse and neighbour hse had two yellow tailsman pasted above their door.

Taoism neighbour... Hopefully there will not be frequent burning of incense....

sad to say,
it seems that only when God punishes u one day then u will regret and learn the hard way.

First time step into our new hse today..

First impression.. Wow.. So SMALL!

Renovation is one big headache..
Still in the process of choosing the Interior Designer firms..
Stuck between 2 choices..
1 that is more budget, but we have a feeling that the designer is too mainstream and may not deliver to our expectation while the other designer is one that totally knows what we want and we feel very very safe with him handling our renovation but the only thing holding us back is the costing....
Headache!!!

On a separate note, we've finally collected our HDB keys after waiting for more than 3 years!
Paid our 1st fee $48 for the throwing of rubbish and stuff thing..
Its a monthly fee which i thought is rather expensive..
Oh.. and our CPF is totally wipe out and in return, we signed a HDB loan for 8 years...
Gonna be poor man for 8 long years! :(
BUT..
everything is worth it..
having a place we call our own.
