Planned to visit the Zoo today..

Woke up, checked the weather forecast...
Heavy rain with thunder from late morning to early afternoon..
Hmm.. Yishun still looks pretty shiny and decided to try our luck and just go ahead with our plan!

Lazy today so i just took my LX3 with me...
(138 to the Zoo)
Bus ride to Zoo from AMK was pretty fast and weather was still fine.
(Pack breakfast from Subway,AMK.. Delicious!)
Bought the Zoo Per Saver tix for S$27 each for unlimited tram/boat rides..
Spend abt 3 hours in the Zoo..
Nice time spend with Wifey.. especially when I'm not taking my huge cam to shoot here and there... haha...
Best part was, I only took less than 10 pics today..
and there's totally no snapshot of any animals... ha...

Days like this, I love my idiot proof automatic point and shoot!

Oh.. and so we took the boat ride after we have seen almost all the attractions..
1st time on this boat ride and i guess the $$ is mainly to enjoy the breeze and some scenery..
Left the Zoo just when the sky seems to get darker.
Took a 1 hr bus journey to Orchard...
Jalan jalan a bit before we went home...
