Started my 1st physio session yest morning and indeed my back feel much better.
Learnt 5 stretching methods and hopefully i can practise everyday.
Gotta cure my back so that i can carry baby in future. :)
Now everyday i will ask Wifey
" Did baby kick you"?
Reason being once wifey told me to feel her tummy and I could feel a strong kick from baby!Super interesting but that was the only 'kick' i encountered lah.
