Went back to my parents place for dinner this evening and somehow i decided to go to my mum's room which was the room where Bro & I used to share and also eventually the room where Wifey & I stayed in 'part time' before our house was ready. The room was slightly done up prior to our wedding in 2008 and everything was still in perfect condition... The nice lamps from Ikea, the custom made wardrobe.. the gray painted walls... Only the queen size bed was missing as its now in my new place and under utilized as usual.
I switched on the lamps and again, i got the feeling that i got back in 2008 when i said that this room is furnished and done up like a hotel room with nice cozy warm lightings... It was a real nice feeling..
Such feelings/thoughts just can't be replicated.
