In terms of fitness level, its really been a roller coaster ride for me in 2013.. I've been unfit... and suddenly fit after going into insane but super enjoyable exercise routine and now in dec, I'm in the unfit mode again.. Its quite bad ass that I din really get to enjoy my school-free days after my exams and i gotta fall ill... battling a bad cough that doesn't go away... and prob trying to prevent my asthma from making a grand return in the process... Feeling really sucks and I guess only I know how sucky it feels... Taking part in a ride to sunrise cycling event this sat...still gonna attend and complete the event cos I heard that its a super super relax pace ride.. so I'm not gonna exert myself.. shall just chill and go slow with the flow...
Telling myself that I'll use Dec to let my body recover and prob just do short short jogs/cycling routine along the way...
Thinking back.. I never fall sick once when I'm engaged in my 3 x weekly run routine.
