Cycle ~ Skip ~ Jog

Loving and getting used to my new exercise routine..

Nowadays I leave my place at 640am and cycle to my workplace which is less than 10 km away.. Will reached my workplace by 710am and then proceed to the gym where i will do some abs exercise, push ups and rope skipping till 730am where I'll take a bath to start work.. Lunch time wise, I'll either go for a 40mins jog or some stationery exercises and if I'm lazy, I'll just go for lunch with my colleagues. Workday ends when i cycled home. :)

This new routine fits my lifestyle better... in the sense that this routine does not affect my family time which really matters a lot to me.. and that with this routine, I'm not pushing myself too hard but just nice to keep a healthy lifestyle. :)
